Lenzing (Nanjing) Fibers /China
Lenzing Nanjing Fibers, the Chinese subsidiary of Lenzing AG, is the third largest site operated by the Lenzing Group. It came on stream near the southern Chinese city of Nanjing in Jiangsu Province in 2007.
It is considered to be one of Asia’s most modern viscose fiber plants, and has almost its doubled production capacity in the meantime.
Due to its product characteristics, Lenzing's co-product sodium sulfate is also preferred in China, above all by the textile industry, over the sodium sulfate provided by other suppliers.
