Wien/Lenzing, 24. April 2013. Die Hauptversammlung der Lenzing AG hat für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 die Ausschüttung von EUR 2,00 je Aktie (nach EUR 2,50 je Aktie im Jahr zuvor) beschlossen. Diese besteht aus einer Mindestdividende von EUR 1,75 je Aktie sowie einem Jubiläumsbonus von EUR 0,25 je Aktie aus Anlass des 75jährigen Bestehens der Gesellschaft.
